Job Description: Operating digital printing presses and equipment to produce finished graphics.

Duties and Responsibilities for this position include:

·      Operating presses included dimensional forming press and narrow-web inkjet printers.

·      Operating computer software and interfaces associated with each press.

·      Operate additional equipment, rewind and inspection equipment.

·      Miscellaneous handwork related to graphics finishing including quality inspection.

Knowledge and Skills for this position:

·      Attention to detail is critical for the position as well as adherence to customer quality standards and procedures.

·      Ability to work effectively independently

·      Understanding goals of 100% on-time delivery and error-free production.

·      Good oral and written communication skills.

·      Strong work ethic and a professional attitude.

·      Ability to read blueprints, job specifications, and measurement tools

·      Effective prioritizing, organizational and problem-solving skills.\

·      Ability to differentiate colors and understand basic color theory.

·      Background or training in graphic production is helpful, but not required.

·      Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Experience \ Qualifications Required:

2+ years in a production environment, experience in digital printing preferred.

Minimum Requirements of Employer: On the Job Training

Education Required: High School Diploma / GED Equivalent Required

Required: Must pass pre-employment drug screening

Job Location: De Pere, Wisconsin

Second Shift Hours: Monday- Friday flexible hours starting after 10:00 each day
